“Without a doubt the best experience I have had with a storage facility. Need a unit to park my jet ski in while I was not using it. The manager found a unit of perfect size. He showed me the unit, swept it out for me, and helped me get my jet ski in the unit. After all of his help he asked me if I was satisfied with the service I received and if their was anything else he could do for me. Defiantly the best customer service you are going to find!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.”
“Purchased a unit last week and was so impressed I had to write a review for it. I had a storage unit at another facility in Marion but needed to cut down on cost so I moved into Marion Self Storage. At my prior facility I always had problems with customer service from day one. This was not a problem at Marion Self Storage. From the moment I rented the manager was very friendly. He found the unit that fit me and my budget best, Took me to the unit to make sure there were no problems, and helped me unload my stuff in to my unit. Very happy with my experiences so far and I am sure that will continue.”
“This is one of the best storage facilities I have ever used cameras everywhere and its gated with security guards that drive through.”

What is the difference between indoor storage and drive up storage in Marion, IL?
We offer both indoor and drive up storage here at Marion Self Storage, and each comes with different advantages depending on how you plan to use them.
The term indoor storage describes storage spaces that are found inside a building. These storage spaces provide more protection against the elements than drive up spaces because they're fully covered inside of a structure.
Drive-up storage spaces are located along the exterior of the building so you can literally drive right up to them. These spaces allow you to easily unload and load your vehicle, making it a breeze to put stuff in, or take stuff out of your storage space. These are convenient spaces if you know you're going to store belongings that would be difficult to carry in and out of a building, especially when those buildings have multiple floors.
