“I changed it just for the basic fact of them replying and addressing everything I said. You don’t get that at all anymore. Thank you. *Ill change it to 5 starts because they’re offering $20 to local food pantries if needed* The unit was only $80ish for a 5X10 in Marion so it’s a reasonable price for the town. It’s a very high price if you were to rent a couple towns away. Almost everything at this unit is automated. You cannot put a personal lock on certain units. The maintenance that you call is helpful, and yes other reviews are right, the English is broken. My personal issue I had is that the unit rented to me wouldn’t lock, the one next to it I noticed had the same issue, the door was down all the way but the light never changed. They did give me a new unit but it took a while, I had to talk to 3 different people and mind you, my phone battery was low, if it would have died, I wouldn’t have been able to access the new unit they gave me. It took about 15 minutes of being on the phone. I stopped renting from here. They sent a text saying they’d donate $20 to a local for leaving a google review so I can appreciate that. They don’t say which towns or pantry. It would be cool to know the vicinity they’re helping..”
